Use recurring Work Orders for tasks that repeat on a predictable schedule, like stayover cleanings, inspections, or preventative maintenance.

When to use recurring Work Orders

  • The same task happens again and again

  • It follows a known schedule (daily, weekly, specific dates)

  • You want each occurrence tracked separately

Examples:

  • Stayover cleanings

  • Weekly inspections

  • Quarterly PMs

Quick Steps

  1. Create a new Work Order

  2. On mobile: scroll down as you fill out the details
On desktop: look for Additional Options on the right side of the screen

  3. When choosing the due date, select Multiple Dates

  4. Choose the dates when the work should occur

  5. Create the Work Orders

Choose Multiple Dates when the same work needs to happen on more than one day.

Pico will automatically create and link all related Work Orders.

What happens next

Each scheduled date becomes its own Work Order.
When you open one, you can see and navigate to the other related dates in the batch.

Why it matters

Recurring Work Orders help teams stay consistent without extra setup.
Work is planned ahead, nothing gets missed, and each visit or task is still tracked individually.
