Manage Housekeeping Requests in Pico

Use Pico to coordinate daily housekeeping work so guest requests—like stayover cleans, amenity runs, and late checkouts—are completed quickly and accurately.

Plan the day at your desk (desktop / web)

Go to Calendar, and select Day view to see how busy the day will be:

  • See today’s stayovers and requests at a glance

  • Spot busy windows and gaps

  • Make quick adjustments if needed

  • Switch to Week view for a peek at what’s coming up

This is your planning and orientation view:

On the go (phone / mobile)

When you’re away from your desk, use the mobile app to stay on top of work in real time.

  • Check My Work to see tasks assigned to you

  • Use Team to spot new or unassigned requests

  • Update Work Order statuses as work progresses so Front Desk stays in the loop

This is your execution view while you’re moving.

Why updates matter

Front Desk relies on up-to-date Work Orders to know when rooms are ready and to set accurate expectations with guests. Keeping statuses current in Pico helps teams stay aligned and keeps guest-facing work moving smoothly.
