Why it Matters

When work lives in Pico, nothing gets lost. Notes, photos, and comments stay with the order, so managers, staff, and other teams always know where things stand — no radios, sticky notes, or guesswork.

Who can do this?

All roles can create and update Work Orders.
Some actions — like reassigning, reopening, or scheduling recurring Work Orders — are limited to Owners and Managers.
