Quick Steps

  1. Tap the green “+” button → Work Order

  2. Describe what needs to be done and where

  3. See how Pico AI autofills the form. You can make edits if needed!

  4. Choose when it should be done:

    • Keep the auto-set due date, or

    • Select a specific due date, or

    • Schedule recurring work for tasks that repeat

  5. (Optional) Set the priority if the work needs immediate attention.

  6. Tap Create Work Order

You can track all Work Orders created by you under Requests. Any updates will be shown in your Inbox.

⚡️Tip: On mobile, you can type or use voice dictation to create Work Orders faster, and add photos to help your team clearly understand the request.

Write comments in English or Spanish — Pico automatically translates so everyone can collaborate without language barriers.
