Quick Steps
Tap the green “+” button
Describe what needs to be done — type it or say it out loud. On mobile, use voice dictation instead of typing. Speak naturally, in English or Spanish — Pico understands both.
The more detail you give (what's happening, how urgent it is, what you've already tried), the better equipped your team is to resolve it on the first visit.
See how Pico AI autofills the form. You can make edits if needed!
Make sure you add a Location or Asset so the team knows exactly where to go.
(Optional) Choose when it should be done:
Keep the auto-set due date, or
Select a specific due date, or multiple dates
(Optional) Set as Urgent if the work needs immediate attention.
Tap Create Work Order
⚡️Tip: Add photos to help your team clearly understand the request.
What happens after
Your team gets notified right away. When you create a Work Order, Pico routes it to the assigned team and sends an instant notification to their phone. No phone calls, no hoping someone sees a note.
You can track all Work Orders created by you under All Work. Any updates will be shown in your Inbox.
Language tip
Write comments in English or Spanish — Pico automatically translates so everyone can collaborate without language barriers.
Fixed it without logging it?
Add a Work Order and mark it complete so your work’s on record.
Why it Matters
When work lives in Pico, nothing gets lost. Notes, photos, and comments stay with the order, so managers, staff, and other teams always know where things stand — no radios, sticky notes, or guesswork.
Who can do this?
