Quick steps (Web)

1. Create a Procedure (Template)

  • Go to More → Work Order Templates → Add Template

  • Under Template Content, add:

    • a Name

    • a Description

  • Add tasks your team should complete when using this template

2. Build the Checklist

Use sections to group related tasks by room or category.

For example, when inspecting a guest room, you might create:

  • one section for the Bathroom

  • one section for the Bedroom

To build a section:

  • Click Section to create a new group

  • Click Heading to add a title and short description

  • Click Content to add instructions or reminders

  • Click Field to add each task team members should check off
(for example: Inspect door lock, Check ceiling light, Clean mirror)

If a task is required, toggle Required before saving.

3. Save and use the Procedure (template)

Once saved, you can apply the template whenever you create a Work Order.

Why it matters

Procedures save time and ensure consistency — for inspections, room turnovers, or preventive maintenance.

Who can do this?

All roles.
