My Work shows everything assigned to you in one place, so you know what to focus on next.
Team shows what’s assigned across the team and who’s available, making it easier to rebalance work as things come up.
Calendar lets you plan and adjust work across weeks and months, including scheduled PMs and recurring tasks.
Requests is a new tab where submitters and their teams can see all the Work Orders they’ve created and check status without following up.
🔁 Recurring Work Orders (Bulk Scheduling)
To schedule recurring work like Preventative Maintenance or Stayover Cleans, you can now create Work Orders across multiple dates at once.
Just select the multiple dates option when creating the Work Order.
Pico will group related Work Orders so they stay connected.
🛠 Procedures (Preventative Maintenance & Inspections)
You can add You can add Procedure (from templates) and custom checklists to Work Orders to standardize routine work and track completion and repairs in one place.

💬 Tag Coworkers in Work Order Comments
You can now @tag teammates in Work Order comments to loop in the right person, ask questions, and get approvals, all in the app. No more lost context.
📅 Default Work Order Settings by Team
Set default due dates and Work Order types for work assigned to your team, based on how your team operates.
This keeps timelines realistic and expectations consistent.
Go to Teams under Property Content to set your custom rules.
