1. Use procedures (Work Order Templates)

Procedures ensure required steps are followed consistently.

When creating a Work Order:

  1. Turn on Use a pre-defined work template

  2. Select a Template from the dropdown

2. Schedule checklist-based work across multiple dates

If the same procedure needs to be completed on multiple days:

  1. Turn on Does this need to be done by a certain date?

  2. Click Multiple Dates

  3. Select the dates from the calendar

  4. Click Create Work Order

Pico will create a Work Order for each selected date.

3. Track progress and related Work Orders

When a procedure is applied:

  • Required steps appear in the Tasks section

  • Team members can complete tasks individually and save progress

If a procedure is scheduled across multiple dates:

  • All instances appear in Calendar (WebApp)

  • Related Work Orders are linked together for easy tracking (WebAapp)

Examples of when to use procedures

  • Preventative maintenance

  • Inspections

  • Audits

  • Deep cleans

  • Any work that requires a checklist
