Track How Your Property Is Performing

Use reports to stay on top of your team's workload, spot issues early, and understand what's happening across every corner of your property.

Reports are available under Reporting on desktop. Use the date range selector in the top right to filter any view by time period.

From the Reporting tab you can:

1. Check if your operation is healthy

Go to Operations & Performance to see your completion rate, open backlog, overdue work orders, and how long it's taking to resolve work. Use this to catch a growing backlog early, understand where time is going, and see how much your maintenance operation is actually costing in labor, parts, and vendor work.

2. See how you're responding to guests

Go to Guest Service to track response and resolution times on guest-facing work. Filter by work order type — Guest Request, Preventative Maintenance, or Internal Request — to understand where delays are happening and whether your team is meeting expectations.

3. Check in on your team's workload

Go to Team Work to see how work is distributed across your team. The Member Workload section shows each person's active and completed work — useful for spotting who's overloaded before things fall behind.

4. See what's happening room by room

Go to By Location to get a health score and work order breakdown for every floor and space in your property. Filter to show only problem areas to quickly prioritize where attention is needed most.

5. Follow up on work you've submitted

Go to My Requests to check the status of work orders you've created — without having to track anyone down.
