From the Mobile App, go to My Work and open the Work Order you are working on. Tap Start Work - you can now Place on Hold or Complete it. If you scroll down to the bottom of the Work Order Overview page, you'll be able to Cancel it.
On Desktop, go to My Work, click the status icon to the left of the Work Order, and select the new status from the drop-down menu:
Open - Newly created, not yet assigned or started.
Assigned – A teammate was assigned to the WO
In Progress – Work is actively being done.
On Hold – Use this when waiting for parts, approvals, or other actions.
Completed – The Work Order is finished.
Cancel Work Order - Use when the Work Order is a duplicate or no longer needed and no work has been started.
💡 Tip: Keep statuses current — it helps the next team know what’s done and what’s pending. Add photos and comments along the way to keep everyone in sync. Before marking a Work Order as completed, double-check that all tasks are done.
