⭐ Manage your work

Your Home page is where you check what's yours, act on it, and pick up more if you have room.

1. Check your queue

Home groups your work so you know what to do first:

  • Overdue — past due, handle these first

  • In Progress — already started

  • Today / Upcoming — assigned to you, sorted by due date

Each card shows the room or location, the trade, and the due date, so you can decide whether to act without opening it.

2. Act right from the card

For most work orders, you don't need to open anything. Tap directly on the card:

  • Mark Complete — done, no blockers

  • On Hold — paused, still yours

  • Can't Do — paused, you're not able to complete it (wrong trade, missing part, etc.)

Open a work order only when you need more - full details, photos, or to leave a comment.

3. Grab unassigned work

Team work to grab shows work orders open to anyone on your team. Tap Grab to claim one — it moves into your own queue and is now assigned to you.

Tip: Guest Requests and Urgent items are highlighted in Red to help you prioritize.

4. Report something new

Tap + any time you spot an issue that needs a work order. Report it from wherever you find it — you don't need to wait until you're at a desk.

5. Leave context when it matters

If a job needs a photo, a note for the next shift, or a question for a teammate, open the work order and add a comment. Pico automatically translates comments between Spanish and English, based on each teammate's language preference.

Tip: If you want to find recently completed work orders or search for something specific: Go to All Work to see everything across your property - filter by status, assignee, team, or date.
