⭐ Manage your work

Use Pico to see what’s assigned to you, complete your work, and keep tasks moving.

Written by Manuela Sanchez

1. See what you need to work on

The Home tab shows everything assigned to you in one place:

  • What needs to be done now

  • Team Work Available that you can complete - simply tap Grab!

  • What you’ve already completed today

If the Home page is empty, it means you don’t have any pending Work Orders assigned to you, and there are no scheduled unassigned Work Orders available for your team.

2. Start and complete work

Open a Work Order to:

  • review details

  • start work

  • mark the task complete when finished - you can add a photo to show off your work!

Completing work keeps everyone aligned on what’s done and what still needs attention.

3. Update work as it progresses

As you work, you can:

  • update the status

  • add comments for context or handoffs

  • flag blockers if more time or help is needed

This helps others understand progress without follow-ups.

4. Collaborate with others

Use comments and @tags to:

  • ask questions or request approval

  • loop in teammates

  • share updates on work in progress

💡 Tip: Leave comments in English or Spanish — Pico automatically translates them based on each teammate's language preference.

5. See work beyond your own

Go to the All Work to see work across your entire property, and use filters to find exactly what you are looking for based on status, assignee, team, and dates.
