1. See what you need to work on
The My Work tab shows everything assigned to you in one place:
what needs to be done now
what’s coming up next
what you’ve already completed
Team Work Available that you can complete - simply click Grab Work!
If the My Work page is empty, it means you don’t have any pending Work Orders assigned to you, and there are no unassigned Work Orders available for your team.
2. Start and complete work
Open a Work Order to:
review details and location
start work
mark the task complete when finished
Completing work keeps everyone aligned on what’s done and what still needs attention.
3. Update work as it progresses
As you work, you can:
update the status
add comments for context or handoffs
flag blockers if more time or help is needed
This helps others understand progress without follow-ups.
4. Collaborate with others
Use comments and @tags to:
ask questions or request approval
loop in teammates
share updates on work in progress
You can also check the status of requests you created in the Requests tab.
5. See work beyond your own
You may also see Team and Calendar views in Pico. These views help you understand what’s happening across your team and what work is coming up, but your primary focus should stay on My Work.
