Quick Steps
Log in to your Pico account and open your Overview panel.
Open a Work Order assigned to you or your team.
Click “Start Work” and:
Write a Comment to give your team more context
Add a Task for what needs to be done next
Attach photos or videos that show the work
Ask Pico AI for fast, easy troubleshooting support
Work in Your Language
Use voice dictation or type in your native language — Pico automatically translates comments, tasks, and messages based on each user’s language settings.
For example, if you write a comment in Spanish, your teammate will see it in English.
Currently available in English and Spanish — more languages on the way!

Who can do this?
All roles can create and update Work Orders.
Some actions — like reassigning, reopening, or scheduling recurring Work Orders — are limited to Owners and Managers.
