We start simple, listen closely, and build toward what helps you stay organized, move faster, and stay aligned across teams. Here’s a look at what’s coming next, based directly on feedback from teams using Pico today.
📊 Reporting & Dashboards
We’re expanding reporting to focus more on building-level insights, using Pico’s AI to surface patterns across your work orders. This includes visibility into:
Repeated issues across rooms, floors, or assets
Where reactive work is increasing vs. stabilizing
Which areas may need preventative attention or capital planning
Instead of asking “What’s open?”, the goal is to help you answer questions like:
“What keeps breaking?”
“Where are we spending time over and over?”
“What should we fix or replace next?”
All without exporting data, building spreadsheets, or manually tagging trends.
🗂️ Projects (Grouped Work Orders)
Not all work fits into a single Work Order.
We’ll be introducing Projects, which let you group multiple related Work Orders under one body of work, while still tracking each task individually.
This is especially useful for:
Renovations or room refreshes
Multi-day or multi-week initiatives
Larger repairs broken into phases
Projects help you see the full scope of work at a glance, without losing the detail of what’s actually getting done.
🛠️ Refreshed Procedures (Preventative Maintenances & Inspections)
We’re refreshing Procedures to help technicians:
Use templates that reflect real inspections
Complete recurring PMs with context
Flag follow-up repairs as part of the work, while details are fresh
The intent is to make PMs useful in the moment, capturing what techs actually see so small issues surface early and patterns become visible over time. The goal is better documentation and fewer repeat problems across the property.
🌎 Better Spanish Translations
Clear communication matters, especially for frontline teams. We’re continuing to improve Spanish translations across the app to make instructions, statuses, and actions more consistent and easier to understand for bilingual and Spanish-first users.
This is ongoing work, and we’ll keep refining based on feedback from teams in the field.
We’re building this with you
Everything above is shaped by real input from teams using Pico every day.
