Need help fixing something? Go to the Work with Pico tab in any Work Order and ask your question just like you would a teammate. Pico will guide you step by step.

💬 Keep the conversation going
If you’re stuck on a Work Order, add comments to share updates and move things forward.

📋 Did something offline? Log it in Pico.
Add it as a Work Order and mark it complete — it keeps your records accurate and ensures you get the recognition you deserve.

📸 Add a photo when you finish a job
A quick picture confirms completion and gives everyone peace of mind.

🏷️ Name things clearly
Use simple, consistent labels for assets and areas (e.g., HVAC – Building A – Floor 3) to make search and reporting faster.
