Use status updates, comments, or due-date changes to keep everyone informed as plans change.

1. Open the Work Order

Start with the Work Order you’re handling.

2. Put it On Hold if you’re waiting on something

If the job is delayed (waiting on a part, vendor, or need more time), change the status to On Hold so everyone knows it’s paused.

3. Set a due date that fits the work

Tap the due date and update it based on when the work can actually get done.
A clear timeline helps the rest of the hotel plan with you.

💡 Tip: A quick Comment prevents hallway follow-ups and keeps expectations clear.
