Work across multiple properties

If you work at more than one property, Pico keeps everything in one place. You don't need separate logins — your work, notifications, and conversations are all accessible from a single account.

On web: see all your properties at a glance

When you open the Home screen in Worker View, a side panel on the left lists every property you belong to. Each property shows tags at a glance so you know where your attention is needed before you even click in:

  • Overdue — you have past-due work orders at this property

  • In Progress — work you've already started

  • Upcoming — work assigned to you with a future due date

  • To Grab — unassigned work orders available for you to claim

Click any property in the panel to switch to it and see your queue for that location.

On mobile: switching between properties

On mobile, you have two ways to move between properties:

See work status per property: Next to the property name displayed in large text at the top of your screen, tap the left-pointing arrow.

This shows your properties with tags indicating work assigned to you — overdue, in progress, and upcoming. Note: the "available to grab" tag is not shown on mobile.

Switch properties quickly: Tap the down-pointing arrow next to the property name shown in smaller text. This opens a simple list of all your properties. It doesn't show work tags — it's just a fast way to jump to a different location.

Notifications: one inbox for everything

All your Pico notifications land in the same inbox, regardless of which property they're from. When you tap a notification, Pico takes you directly to the right work order — even if it's at a different property than the one you're currently viewing.

Who can do this?

Anyone who is a member of more than one property. Your access level and role may differ per property.
