Home: Manager vs. Team Member View

Your Home dashboard looks different depending on your role.

Written by Manuela Sanchez

Team Member View

A personal queue called My Work showing assigned work, today's progress, and Available to Grab — unassigned work orders open for the taking.

Manager View

A real-time Team Dashboard showing all work orders across the property, broken down by status: Overdue, On Hold, Needs Attention, Ready to Start, and In Progress. Each Work Order card is clickable — tap it to go straight to that list.

If you manage multiple teams, you can filter using the All teams dropdown. And, you can switch to Team Member view with the Viewing dashboard as dropdown (desktop only).

What is "Needs Attention"? These are work orders that don't have a due date or an assignee yet — they exist, but no one owns them and there's no deadline. It's a good bucket to check regularly to make sure nothing is slipping through the cracks.

Home vs. All Work Tab

Home shows the actionable work for your team. All Work is hotel-wide and works best with filters. For example, to see everything you've personally completed, filter by Status: Completed + Assigned to: (you).
