Schedule the Same Work Across Multiple Dates at Once

Create a batch of linked work orders in one go — useful for stayover cleans, multi-day inspections, or any recurring task tied to a specific stay or project.

Written by Manuela Sanchez

How to do it

When creating a work order, select Set due date → Multiple dates and choose each date the work needs to happen. Pico creates one work order per date, each with its own WO number.

What it looks like after

Each work order stands on its own — it can be assigned, completed, and tracked independently. On desktop, open any one of them, and under the WO title, you'll see it labeled as part of a set (e.g. Work order 1 of 4) with links to the others. This makes it easy to check status across the full batch without searching for each one individually.

Why it matters

Manually creating work orders one by one for repeat tasks across a stay or project takes time and is easy to miss. Scheduling them all at once means nothing gets skipped, your team sees the work coming, and you have a linked record of the full job from day one.
