Add your teams

Set up and organize your teams in Pico to ensure work gets assigned efficiently. You can update this at any time. Changes aren’t limited to initial setup.

Quick Steps

Desktop

  1. More → Manage property → Teams

  2. Click Add

  3. Enter details and select a color and icon that represents your team (optional)

    • You can customize the following settings:

      • Default Work Order Type: Set the standard type that automatically applies when creating a new Work Order for your team.

      • Default Due Date: Choose the standard deadline configuration for newly created Work Orders—either the same day or a specific number of days from creation.

  4. Create Team

Tip: When Pico sets up the property, some teams are automatically added, like Engineering, Front Desk, and Housekeeping.
