Add your Assets

Add your assets now, and later assign them to Work Orders so your team can see exactly what needs to be done. You can update or edit assets anytime

To keep equipment organized and easy to manage, create Asset Types first, then add individual assets.

Quick Steps

WebApp

  1. Create Asset Types

    • Go to More → Property Content & Settings → Asset Types

    • Click Add Asset Type, fill out the required information, and click Create Asset Type.

  2. Add Assets

    • From the Asset Types page, click Assets in the left panel, or

    • Go to More → Property Content & Settings → Assets → Add Asset

    • Enter the asset details (name, location, specs), then click Create Asset.

💡 Tip: Add a color and icon to each Asset Type to make assets easier to recognize at a glance.

You can edit or update assets anytime — no need to ask Pico for changes.

Why It Matters

Adding assets keeps equipment organized, ensures you can link work orders to the right item, and helps your team stay on top of maintenance.
Accurate records of repairs and upkeep also help extend the life and value of your assets.
