Get to Know the Maintenance Tab

The Maintenance tab lives in Pico's desktop version and has five views. Here's what each one is for.

Monitor performance

Go to Overview to see what your team got done this past week. Tap any day to see the work orders behind the numbers.

Watch The week's balance graph — it charts PMs against other work orders. WOs are usually reactive, so over time you want WOs trending down while PMs hold steady. That's your preventive work paying off.

Plan the work ahead

Go to Schedule to see all upcoming work by day, week, or month. Solid cards are real work orders; dashed cards are projections. Toggle Show projected to plan further out.

Set up and manage programs

Go to Programs to create and adjust your maintenance programs — what each one covers, how often it runs, and how it's doing. Click + Create Program to add one.

Spot gaps in your property

Go to Coverage to check every space at a glance: green is up to date, yellow means a program is coming due, red means a program is overdue, and gray means there's no program for that location yet.

Look back at finished work

Go to History to find every completed job — who did it, where, and whether it passed. Search, filter by date, or export it for audits.

Who can do this?
