Once your locations are set up, you can enrich them with attributes — custom fields that capture the specifics of each space. You set up attributes at the location type level (e.g. Guest Room, Corridor, Kitchen), and they apply to every location of that type.
How to do it
Go to More → Manage Property → Location Types on desktop
Select a location type and open Attributes > Add attribute
Add the fields that matter for that type, like square footage, paint color/swatch, or any custom field your property needs.
Create attribute — those attributes are now available on every location of that type
Why it matters
Instead of digging through binders or asking someone, your team can pull up a room and see exactly what they need — especially useful when doing touch-ups, renovations, or preparing a space for a guest.
