What's Changed

Home Your Home screen has a new look. You'll now see today's progress, your assigned tasks, and work available to grab from your team — all in one place.

All Work Completed work is now visible here too, making it easy to reference past jobs. Filter by status, date, assignee, and more.

Tip: Miss seeing only your own requests? Filter by your name under Created By.


What's New

Chat 🆕 Team communication is now built into Pico. Use 1:1 chats or group channels to coordinate with your team — no more hunting down updates through texts or emails. Learn more.

Maintenance 🆕 Routine property care is now built into Pico. On desktop, managers can build schedules, assign procedures, and automate recurring work. On mobile, complete procedures, document repairs, and create work orders for anything that needs follow-up. Learn more.
