From the WebApp, go to: More → Manage Property → Procedures→ New Procedure.
Add a name and a description. Now, you're ready to build the form:
Use Sections to group related tasks (like Entry, Bathroom).
Add Fields inside each Section for each task or checklist item
The form saves automatically. Once you are finished, simply click Publish to make it available for your Work Orders or Maintenance Programs.
💡 Tip: Toggle specific fields to Required to make certain tasks mandatory before a Work Order can be marked as completed.
Tip: Toggle some Fields to Required if you want certain tasks to complete the Procedure.
