Quick steps

Available on Desktop. Log in to your account and follow these steps:

  1. Go to More → Work Order Templates → Add Template

  2. Under the Template Content tab, add a Name and a Description. Now, add Tasks your teams should complete when using this template.

    • Click Section to group tasks by room or category. For example, when inspecting a Guest Room, you might create one section for the Bathroom and another for the Bedroom.

  • Click Heading to add a title for your tasks and a brief description of the template’s purpose.

  • Click Content to add short instructions or reminders for that section.

  • Click Field for each specific task you want team members to check off (for example, Inspect door lock, Check ceiling light, Clean mirror).

    • Make a task Required by toggling the option at the bottom left and saving.

3. Save the template and apply it whenever you create a Work Order.

Why it matters

Templates save time and ensure consistency — for inspections, room turnovers, or preventive maintenance.

Who can do this?
