Available on Desktop. Log in to your account and follow these steps:
Go to More → Work Order Templates → Add Template
Under the Template Content tab, add a Name and a Description. Now, add Tasks your teams should complete when using this template.
Click Section to group tasks by room or category. For example, when inspecting a Guest Room, you might create one section for the Bathroom and another for the Bedroom.
Click Heading to add a title for your tasks and a brief description of the template’s purpose.
Click Content to add short instructions or reminders for that section.
Click Field for each specific task you want team members to check off (for example, Inspect door lock, Check ceiling light, Clean mirror).
Make a task Required by toggling the option at the bottom left and saving.
3. Save the template and apply it whenever you create a Work Order.
